Yes. Empire Construx is a full-service design-build firm. We manage your entire project from initial architectural concepts and material selection through to final construction and handover.

We use fixed-price contracts based on detailed, line-item estimates. Once the final design and material selections are approved, the price is locked in, eliminating unexpected fees or hidden costs.

No. We provide a fully vetted team of licensed tradespeople, engineers, and specialists. Empire Construx manages all scheduling, supervision, and quality control throughout the build.

Timelines depend entirely on the scope of work. A single-room renovation may take 3–6 weeks, while a custom build can take several months. We provide a detailed schedule with clear milestones before work begins.

Not always. For localized renovations, we use strict dust-containment barriers to keep your living space safe and clean. For major, whole-home structural overhauls, we usually recommend vacating for comfort and safety.
 

Yes. Empire Construx carries comprehensive liability insurance and complete workers’ compensation. We also handle all local municipal building permits and zoning approvals required for your project.
